🍎📬 🍎📬 A big thank you to Ronni from the United States Postal Service for coming to Apple School to do her mail carrier presentation! Ronni was able to talk to all of our classes about what a mail carrier does to help people communicate all over the world. She also talked about safety near and around the mail carrier truck. The best conversation between Ronni and the kids occurred when she talked about what steps to take for kids who have energetic pets at home that love to bark at mail carriers like Ronni. All the kids wanted to share stories that their dogs were nice and wouldn’t ever hurt Ronni or her mail carrier friends which brought a smile to everyone’s face. Ronni took the kids to the closed parking lot where her truck stood. All the kids were able to hop in and pretend to take the drivers seat. This was their favorite part! Looking at and touching the mail truck was pure joy for all the kids to take part in. Ronni ended the presentation by gifting a USPS coloring book along with a set of crayons. The Apple School kids made sure Ronni doesn’t go empty handed either as she received an Apple School shirt and a fresh basket of apples as our gift to her for coming. We appreciate Ronni for taking the time to visit our Apple School kids and look forward to having her and other leaders in our local community visit us soon!

What a great Halloween celebration at Apple School!
It was so great to see all our kids dress up and participate in the Halloween fun at Apple School! Each classroom had a costume dance party where they danced and the kids were able to show off their costumes to their whole class. The classes were also able to get some Halloween themed projects done that they decorated for the class and were able to take home from spooky spiders with spider webs to silly pumpkin masks! We hope that all our kids and families have a very happy and safe Halloween and we encourage the utmost safety during Trick-or-Treating. Happy Halloween from Apple School!

A big thank you to Dr.Daisyy and Dr.Irma from CHILDREN’S DENTISTRY for coming to Apple School to talk to the kids about the importance of our teeth! Doctors spent the morning with us talking to each classroom about the importance of brushing your teeth, how to take care of your gums, and why you need to floss. Dr.Daisyy and Dr.Irma also brought some displays to show the kids and had each child come up and practice brushing teeth. At the end of presentation each child got personal kit from the dental office including toothpaste, toothbrush and floss. We are so appreciative that Children’s Dentistry made the time to visit Apple School, and we are looking forward to inviting them again in the near future for more fun activities that they have planned for us!

What a great day of Graduation and Family Day Show’s at APPLE SCHOOL! We are so proud of all our kids from Apple Seed’s all the way up to Red Apples for their amazing performances. You are all superstar actors, singers, and dancers! We are happy to have such an incredible group of kids who have been helped by the most amazing set of parents and teachers who got them to such a high level of preparation for the show . By looking at the laughing smiles in the audience, the tears in the eyes from the graduating class’s parents, and the excitement on the kids faces we know this show was a home-run for all! Thank you to all who contributed in making this years set of shows another great memory for everyone. From parents, to teachers, and all the kids we thank everyone who participated. We send all our children a huge congratulations and we are all excited for what joy you will bring all of us in the near future!
